Spring, TX 77380
Pay Rate:
$15 to $24/ hour
DOE Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Inventory Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy in stock counts, and optimizing the supply chain process. This position requires strong data analysis skills and a solid understanding of materials management and warehouse operations. Duties Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy. Implement effective materials handling procedures to enhance efficiency in the warehouse. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between inventory levels and customer demand. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and sales. Assist in developing strategies for inventory reduction while maintaining service levels. Requirements Proven experience in inventory control or related field. Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in analytics tools. Knowledge of materials management principles and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with stock procurement processes and materials handling techniques. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain an accurate inventory by conducting regular stock checks and updating records. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations. Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
