This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting efficient inventory and asset management operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property, equipment, and materials Track and report inventory levels, asset movements, and disposals Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to property control Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify accuracy and completeness of records Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or surplus assets Support warehouse storage and inventory control operations Collaborate with internal teams and government property representatives as needed Generate reports and perform data analysis to support business decisions Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with property or inventory management systems Preferred Skills Prior experience working with government property or regulated environments Experience with process improvement initiatives Required Experience 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, property control, or a related field Experience maintaining inventory and asset tracking systems Experience supporting audits and compliance activities Education High school diploma or GED required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a warehouse environment Compensation & Benefits (SCA Role) This position is governed by the Service Contract Act (SCA) Eligible for standard SCA benefits, including: Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Health & Welfare (H&W) benefits (or applicable cash-in-lieu if benefits are not elected) Work Environment Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule Foster a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment EEO Statement EOE (including Disability/Veterans) #HRUGeneral Apply for this job Copy link ✓ Thanks for sharing!
