Able to follow written work procedures (SOP) provided to perform tasks. Ability to learn and differentiate between a variety of quilting machines as well as table frames. Must be able to communicate effectively within the team and supervisor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work orders. Regularly perform quality checks to ensure the finished product is free of default and mistakes. Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualification Standards:

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or equivalent degree and training. o Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered. Forklift experience a plus.

• Sage inventory software

Physical Activities and Requirements:

This position requires the ability to bend, reach, twist, and lift up to 50+ pounds. This position also requires the ability to stand and walk for up to 8-10 hours per day continually.
