Lead Supply Technician

This position serves as the Lead Supply Technician for the Medical Supply Distribution (MSD) areas of Logistics Service within the VA Health Care System located at the VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements. This position includes a Selective Placement Factor (skill, knowledge, ability or other worker characteristic basic to - and essential for - satisfactory performance of the job). Selective Placement Factors are a prerequisite to appointment and represent minimum requirements for a position. Applicants who do not meet it are ineligible for further consideration. The Selective Placement Factor for this position is: Must possess a current, valid state-issued driver's license.

AND One (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level in the Federal service that equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of this Lead Supply Technician position. Specialized experience includes distributing supplies and materials, scanning, bar-coding, receiving, storing and distribution of supplies and materials; maintaining stock by pulling stock, replenishing stock, and maintaining records on stock levels.
