What You'll Do Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Process shipments using UPS WorldShip and web-based shipping platforms Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities and product accuracy Organize inventory and maintain warehouse locations Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management Load and secure products safely for shipment Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Assist with continuous improvement of warehouse processes and procedures What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable using computers and inventory systems Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Desire to build a long-term career with a growing company Preferred Qualifications Warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution experience Experience with UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar shipping software Inventory control or cycle count experience Experience leading warehouse operations or supervising others Forklift experience is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Why Join Us?
