Full-Time About the Role A fast-growing healthcare logistics company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator (Receiving Specialist) to join their team in Charlottesville. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, are comfortable using technology, and want long-term career growth in supply chain and logistics. Key Responsibilities Perform daily receiving, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and put-away tasks Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders for UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipments Use RF scanners to pick products and verify order accuracy Unload incoming shipments and confirm product codes and quantities Palletize and move products to designated warehouse and dock areas Maintain accurate inventory and support efficient warehouse operations Follow safety and operational procedures while maintaining a clean work environment Qualifications Comfortable using computers and RF scanning equipment Ability to stand and move throughout an 8-hour shift Able to lift 25-50 lbs regularly Strong counting, organization, and basic math skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn Open to occasional weekend overtime as needed Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Why Join the Team?
