The Role We are hiring a Transport Specialist to safely and efficiently move stock between our locations. Your primary objective is to keep our operations moving. While the majority of your shift will be spent on the road, you will also serve as a critical set of hands in the warehouse, assisting the team with heavy lifting and inventory organization during your downtime. We are looking for people who take pride in their work to be part of our future. What You Will Do Safely operate a company vehicle to transport inventory between GTT locations. Physically load, unload, and maneuver heavy commercial tires at each destination. Assist warehouse staff with inventory organization, staging, and logistics during breaks in the driving schedule. Maintain an accurate delivery log and promptly report any vehicle maintenance or safety needs. The Ideal Fit You are highly reliable, punctual, and value a safe, steady workflow on the road. You possess a clean driving record and are completely comfortable navigating local routes and highways. You are physically capable of heavy lifting and do not mind getting your hands dirty. You are a team player who is willing to roll up your sleeves and help organize the shop when the dispatch queue is empty.
Requirements & Schedule Schedule:
Full-time W-2, maximum of 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday. No nights, no weekends.
Environment:
Primarily on the road, combined with physical warehouse labor (loading/unloading and inventory management). Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with company participation. 401(k) with company matching. Paid time off and vacation.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience & Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required) Ability to routinely lift and move heavy commercial tires (Required) Previous delivery, transport, or route driving experience (Preferred)

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
