Job Description
This position requires the incumbent to work on site so you must live within commute distance of the work location in Bremerton, Washington. The Mobile Device Specialist provides customer service for Government clients with mobile device support (specifically iPhone support) including troubleshooting, inventory management, metric gathering and compilation and minor repairs. The Mobile device specialist interacts with customers daily, quickly identifies issues, manages, and tracks tickets from inception to close and utilizes tools to track and manage inventory levels for management reports.
Essential functions:
Manage the mobile device program, including maintaining a cell phone inventory, and providing printer consumable ordering information based on inventory and usage metrics. Essential job skills are technical abilities, smart phone support, troubleshooting & repair on iPhones and flip phones. Diagnose problems and make minor repair of mobile devices, computers, and other IT equipment. Provide monthly reports on inventory and usage metrics. Inventory management receiving shipments, restocking, and able to lift 50 lbs. Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the mobile device inventory with a high level of accuracy. Employees are not excluded from providing labor in support of other Task Areas as required, if it is deemed to be in the best interests of the Program. Must perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience IT experience is highly desired. Must have extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, Access) and computer competences. Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to customer service. License, Cert or Registration Current drivers' license Proof of U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Strong preference given to candidates who meet all job requirements and possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
