Inventory Coordinator, Non-Bridal Jewelry Green Lake Jewelry Works & Green Lake Gallery | Seattle & Bellevue, WA About Us Green Lake Jewelry Works is a nationally recognized custom jewelry studio with locations in Seattle and Bellevue. Since 1996, our artists and craftspeople have worked directly with clients to design and handcraft one-of-a-kind engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry. We're proud to also be home to Green Lake Gallery , which showcases artist-made ready to wear jewelry from makers across the US and beyond. We're a creative, detail-driven team that takes pride in both the beauty of what we make and the integrity of how we operate. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Inventory Coordinator who shares that standard. The Role Reporting to the Merchandising Director, this role focuses on Green Lake Gallery , the retail and e-commerce home for our curated artist-made, ready-to-wear collections. This is a key operational role for someone who thrives on accuracy, ownership, and doing things right the first time. You'll be the go-to person for Gallery inventory, from item intake and system setup to online listings and pricing. Key Responsibilities Inventory Ownership & Accuracy Own the accuracy of inventory across all systems and locations Set up new items in inventory systems and on websites Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for inventory questions Item Intake, Transfers & Counts Process incoming finished jewelry and stock items Monitor transfers between locations Package and ship online orders accurately and on time Coordinate outbound shipments to vendors, including invoices and tracking Oversee inventory counts and snapshots Maintain clear documentation and audit trails Regularly retag items with updated price as needed Website & Digital Listings greenlakegallery.com Ensure items are accurately represented online, including pricing and availability Copywriting for engaging product descriptions Coordinate item readiness for photography and launch Flag missing or outdated listings Pricing & Market Awareness Monitor competitor pricing for comparable jewelry Recommend and implement pricing updates as needed Ensure pricing consistency across systems Vendor & Buying Support Communicate with vendors regarding inventory, invoices, and updates Track sales and new purchases Coordinate special order requests with vendors and sales team Support buying and merchandising decisions with accurate data Customer Service & Floor Support Assist walk-in customers with inventory and availability questions in a warm, knowledgeable manner Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding product availability and pricing Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is communicated to customers What We're Looking For Must-Have Highly proactive and self-directed Strong common sense and follow-through Detail-oriented without losing the big picture Comfortable working independently and making decisions within guidelines Organized, reliable, and systems-minded Experience & Skills 1-2 years' experience managing inventory in retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods Experience with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel Comfortable working with inventory software and spreadsheets Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing customer service Ability to manage multiple priorities without repeated reminders Jewelry experience is a plus, but initiative and accuracy matter more than industry background . Position Details Full-time, in person. Seattle Based, with weekly Bellevue visits.
