In this role, you will oversee inventory control processes, optimize supply chain workflows, and ensure seamless warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels through accurate data collection, analysis, and forecasting. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement and sourcing of materials, leveraging negotiation skills to optimize pricing and contracts. Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies or stock shortages to implement process improvements and prevent recurrence. Oversee warehouse operations including materials handling, shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment activities. Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, stock movements, and cycle counts to support inventory control accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, logistics, and production planning to align inventory strategies with business goals. Experience Proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse distribution, or inventory control within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management practices. Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment including forklifts; certification preferred but not required. Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous process improvements effectively. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to analyze complex data sets for actionable insights.
