Job Description

An established agricultural and production-focused organization is seeking a highly organized professional to oversee inventory management, operational scheduling, compliance documentation, and purchasing coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient operations, accurate recordkeeping, and effective resource planning. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operational schedules based on production requirements and environmental conditions. Manage inventory levels through routine counts, usage tracking, and forecasting. Procure materials and coordinate vendor orders to maintain adequate supply levels. Review and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy and consistency. Maintain operational records and enter data into company management systems. Organize documentation to support audits, compliance reviews, and internal reporting. Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in inventory management, scheduling, operations coordination, or a related field preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheet applications, and data management systems. Experience working with inventory controls, purchasing processes, and recordkeeping. Solid mathematical aptitude and analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Work Environment Primarily office-based with regular computer and administrative work. Periodic visits to storage, warehouse, or operational facilities to verify inventory and records.
