What You'll Be Doing Picking up and delivering paint, tools, and materials to job sites Supporting painting crews to keep projects running smoothly Assisting with job site organization and communication Learning how painting projects are managed from start to finish Riding alongside our Project Manager during training Helping with scheduling, logistics, and customer communication Performing occasional light labor and job site support when needed Growth Opportunity This role is designed for someone who wants to grow. As the company continues to expand, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and potentially move into a Project Manager position. We are looking for someone we can train long-term — not just fill a temporary position. Pay Structure - Paid Training Period (2 Weeks) Hands-on training alongside our Project Manager Learn company systems, job flow, customer communication, and material management After Training $15/hour Mileage reimbursement when using personal vehicle Performance-based growth opportunities A truck is strongly preferred for transporting materials and equipment. For the right person, there may be future opportunities for a company-paid truck as the role grows.
