Position Summary We are currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Laborer to join our non-ferrous yard operations in Harrison, Arkansas. This role involves unloading and sorting materials, operating yard equipment, and ensuring quality control of inbound and outbound materials. Key Responsibilities Unload and sort material. Operate the kiosk. Ensure quality control of inbound/outbound material. Respond to grading issues with customers. Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation. Operate yard equipment (forklift and skid steer as needed). Forklift experience is a must. Follow company safety guidelines. Wear proper PPE at all times. Perform other duties as assigned or directed. Qualifications High school education required. Forklift experience required. Supervision Reports to the Facility Manager. Why Join Alter?
