Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking, dependable General Laborer to join our growing team building high-end shipping container offices, homes, and custom structures. This is a hands-on position working alongside skilled builders and fabricators on unique luxury projects. Responsibilities Assist with construction and assembly of shipping container homes and offices Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Help with framing, insulation, flooring, drywall, painting, and finish work Maintain clean and organized job sites Assist welders, fabricators, and installers as needed Follow safety procedures and company standards Perform general labor tasks and support project completion Qualifications & Requirements Construction or general labor experience preferred Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Comfortable using basic tools and equipment Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to follow directions and maintain a safe work environment Welding, carpentry, or fabrication experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Unique projects in the luxury container construction industry Hands-on training and skill development Full-time work opportunities About Us We specialize in building luxury shipping container homes, offices, and custom structures with modern design and high-end finishes.
