We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role combines general labor duties with equipment operation to support daily plant operations, production, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. NO recruiters, please! Some job duties include but are not limited to: Keep plant areas clean and organized, including washout and yard duties Load and unload materials as needed Assist with daily plant operations as needed Operate loader safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic troubleshooting of equipment Support plant production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow all company safety policies and procedures Communicate effectively with plant personnel and drivers

Hourly pay:

$20/hr All training is paid, and we offer full benefits within 45 days of employment, or sooner 100% employer paid basic life insurance, short-term disability, robust employee assistance program (EAP) + an employee discount program Voluntary dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance + other supplemental benefits Benefit from a 401k with an employer match AND company profit sharing Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, dust) Willingness to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, climbing, standing) Strong work ethic and dependability Prior operator experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mechanical aptitude or equipment operation experience preferred
