In this energetic role, you will assist our drivers in loading, unloading, and delivering packages to various locations. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive experience for our customers while supporting smooth route operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving and logistics skills in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist the driver with loading and unloading packages, heavy lifting, and moving items safely using tools like pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Support route driving by helping to deliver packages accurately and efficiently to designated locations Help verify delivery addresses and ensure all items are correctly loaded onto the vehicle Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with customers during deliveries Maintain safety standards by following proper lifting techniques and traffic laws during route driving Aid in inspecting packages for damage or discrepancies before delivery Collaborate with the driver to ensure timely completion of daily delivery routes Experience Prior experience in warehouse work, heavy lifting, or moving is preferred but not required Previous delivery driver experience or familiarity with box trucks is a plus Customer service skills to interact positively with clients during deliveries Knowledge of route driving and navigation tools is advantageous Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is beneficial Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy items repeatedly throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving or courier experience is a bonus This energetic role invites motivated individuals eager to contribute to a team that values safety, efficiency, and exceptional service.
