Our Tucson location is looking to develop top performers to take our company to the next level. Please note that we do not expect anyone to have skills prior to starting, but having some prior knowledge will be helpful as we teach you our techniques and insights that we have perfected. We are looking for a hard-working individual with an eye for detail, who will treat every vehicle as if it were their own to join our shop team. Here at Bob Moses we take extreme pride in our work and are very dedicated to our customers. Therefore, demonstrating a high compassion for others and care for exceeding expectations will be heavily sought after. This individual must also have a passion for growth and be open-minded as the necessary skills to be successful at Bob Moses take time for quality development. Job Duties/Responsibilities Coordinate with shop team to polish, paint correct, decontaminate, and coat cars, trucks, RVs, motorhomes, UTVs, etc. Wash vehicles Provide excellent customer service when required Report to shop manager for tasks throughout the day Shop clean up duties Experience No previous education required Experiences working with a team are heavily preferred but are not required Previous paint correction experience is preferred but not required Skills Team centered communication skills Willingness to learn and improve Timeliness Able to lift at least 50 lbs Additional Details for the Position On the job training will be provided 15-25 hour work weeks with potential for extra hours
