With over 20 years industry experience Diamond Environmental Services has become one of Southern California's premier portable sanitation companies. With Locations serving the counties of San Diego, Riverside, and Orange, San Bernardino and Los Angeles, we provide all types of portable sanitation services and temporary fencing to both commercial and residential customers. Job Summary Diamond Environmental Services is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Wash Bay & Fence Helper to join our operations team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and variety throughout the day. You'll assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment in our wash bay while also supporting our fence installation crew on customer projects. This position combines responsibilities from both roles to support business needs. Duties Clean and sanitize portable restrooms and company equipment. Evacuate waste from portable units and ensure equipment meets quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay environment. Restock vehicles and supplies for daily operations. Assist with loading trucks with fencing materials and equipment. Help install temporary fencing by measuring, digging post holes, setting posts, and pulling fence. Support the crew in locating fence lines and ensuring proper alignment. Clean vehicles and equipment after use. Complete assigned paperwork and work records accurately. Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Perform other duties as assigned to support operations. Qualifications Construction, labor, landscaping, fencing, or wash bay experience preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, climb, and stand for extended periods. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Valid driver's license preferred. Team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
