Driver/Material Handler:

Safely deliver materials to jobsites using Western Water Works' 26' Stake bed trucks (Non-CDL). Maintain truck interior and exterior. Operate trucks, forklifts, banding equipment, tools, and materials in our warehouse safely. Effectively communicate with team members to resolve issues. Handle, ship, and receive heavy materials in our warehouse. Contribute to warehouse processes, activities, and success. Provide exceptional client service and support while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Work Hours/Shift:

First Shift (Monday

• Friday, 5:30 AM ~ 4 PM);

NO WEEKENDS

Second Shift (Monday

• Friday, 3 PM ~ 1 AM);

NO WEEKENDS

Requirements & Traits:

Valid Driver's License and insurability are necessary. Minimum of 1 year with a Driver's License is required. Pre-employment drug screening is mandatory. Willingness to accept coaching and supervision. Proficient time and resource management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

$19/hr to start during the 13-week Driver/Material Handler Temporary Period. $21/hr upon full-time permanent employment with Western Water Works (after completing the Driver/Material Handler checklist). Enjoy a $1/hr increase upon successful completion of the Assistant Supervisor checklist. Further increase of $1/hr upon completion of the Branch Supervisor checklist. An additional $1/hr raise when assigned as an Assistant Supervisor. Potential to earn $84k/yr as a Branch Supervisor, with greater earning potential in roles such as Project Manager and Director of Sales.
