Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Driver Helper and be a vital part of delivering exceptional service! In this energetic role, you will assist our drivers in safely loading, unloading, and delivering packages to customers while ensuring smooth route operations. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us provide timely, reliable deliveries and create positive experiences for our clients. Duties Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages using manual lifting techniques and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Help organize packages in the vehicle to optimize route efficiency and safety Support route driving by providing navigation assistance and ensuring timely deliveries Load and unload items from box trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky goods Safely move packages within the warehouse or delivery area, including heavy lifting tasks Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, verifying addresses and delivery instructions Maintain clear communication with drivers regarding delivery status, obstacles, or customer requests Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Familiarity with driving a box truck or similar commercial vehicle is a plus; valid driver's license required Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery operations is advantageous Knowledge of forklift operation, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is beneficial but not mandatory Strong physical stamina to support moving heavy packages repeatedly during shifts Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers Join us as a Driver Helper and become an essential part of delivering happiness!
