ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Report to the Mission Element Supervisor in USAFA Cadet Support Services. Receive written and verbal instructions from the assigned supervisor or facility manager. Will, at times, assist in multiple areas within Cadet Support Services. Responsible for general task execution of event set-up and tear-down and monitoring of facilities. Ensure work assignments are complete as the supervisor or facility manager requires. Confirm proper quality of work with the supervisor, facility manager, or event contact. Replace ceiling tile and lights as needed. Conduct cleaning and general housekeeping duties in performing everyday activities associated with event set-up and tear-down. Work closely with USAFA faculty, staff, and coaches to support the set-up and teardown of cadet activities; always polite. Uniform compliance and excellent customer service skills are critical in task execution, as cadet support is a crucial part of the success of each event scheduled.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado Driver's License. Able to receive and maintain a favorable Local Background Check (LBC) and National Agency Check (NAC) as applicable to position requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working set up and teardown of significant events, familiarity operating with tools and using lifts.

Flexibility/Adaptability - Able to cope and adjust to the inevitable disruptions to the best-laid plans of mice and men. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening. Hourly rate $22.95 This role will be posted until filled.
