Full Job Description Subcontractors Wanted:
Roofing, Siding, Gutters, Framing, & Remodeling (Connecticut) A fast-growing home improvement contractor in Connecticut is seeking experienced, reliable subcontractors for ongoing residential and commercial projects. We handle a high volume of work across the state and are looking to establish long-term partnerships with skilled trade professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship. We are currently onboarding production teams and independent contractors in the following trades:
Roofing:
Full replacements and repairs
Siding:
Vinyl, wood, and composite installations
Gutters:
Seamless installations and gutter guard systems
Framing & Carpentry:
Additions, structural work, and trim work
Renovators:
Kitchens, baths, and full home remodeling projects Compliance & Requirements To ensure the safety and legality of our project sites, all subcontractors must meet the following criteria before onboarding. There are no exceptions to these requirements:
Licensing:
Active Connecticut State License (HIC or trade-specific registration)
Insurance:
General Liability Insurance policy (Minimum $1,000,000)
Workers' Comp:
Active Workers' Compensation Insurance policy
Equipment:
Own reliable truck/transportation, ladders, and professional tools setup
