Demolition Workers w/ 3 Yr Clean Driving Record F/T & OT $18/Hr 50 Plus Hours Week

This is a Demo Labor position with the expectation of being able to drive a truck and trailer as well.

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.

$18 Hour Must must have a 3 Year Reasonably Clean Driving Record

(minor speeding tickets will pass, no wreckless or DUI'S). If you are someone that shows up to work every day (rarely misses work), works at a reasonably quick pace, enjoys working with your hands and have a teachable mindset you are a good fit for our company. $100 show up bonus each week that you show up every day and are not late the week that we ask you too! Time and a half for over 40 hours. Normally 50 Plus Hours a week!! During our season April to September. 50 to 60 hours are normal. Work some Saturdays. We are looking for diligent, healthy, laborers. Experience in interior demolition a plus. You can move up fast here, starting as a laborer. If you have been successfully employed in the moving industry, roofing, drywall hangers, concrete or other construction jobs you could do very well here. No ho-hum here...our scope of work is different every day. Our shop is located in Bonita Springs, we meet there every day & drive company trucks to job sites. Must be Able to Stay off the phone - calls & texting, disappearing to the bathroom to text is not permitted. We work three-man crews and everybody is expected to do their fair share. Bring your own lunch and drinks (bottled water supplied). You may purchase food or drinks while on the clock at a gas station stop in the am. We work a consistently diligent day. If you are an excellent worker, we will bump your pay up to match your skills very quickly. Schedule Monday through Friday. Typical start times between 6 am-8 am and work till between 4 pm-6 pm ( we work longer sometimes). We work some Saturdays, especially during the summer. Most employees get 50 - 60 hours per week. All employees must be able to speak and understand English. Need to have reliable transportation.
