General Laborer / Shop Helper Youngquist LLC Full-Time $20-$25 An Hour Fort Myers, FL Youngquist LLC is looking for a dependable, hands-on general laborer to help with day-to-day shop work. This is a great fit for someone who likes staying busy, is handy with tools, and wants to learn a little bit of everything. No specialized degree required — a good attitude and a strong work ethic matter most. What You'll Do General shop work — keeping the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly Light electrical work (running wire, basic fixtures, simple repairs) Light carpentry (framing, building, repairs, basic finish work) Helping with assembly, loading/unloading, and moving materials Operating hand and power tools safely Experienced in laying tile, grout application, and flooring maintenance Assisting other team members on projects as needed What We're Looking For Reliable and on time — shows up ready to work Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Some experience with light electrical or carpentry is a plus Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the day Valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Steady, full-time hours Competitive hourly pay based on experience Hands-on training and the chance to build new skills A friendly, down-to-earth crew to work with
