Job Description

Overview We are seeking a reliable and organized Yard Helper to maintain orderliness and housekeeping in designated work areas. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and able to perform various tasks to support efficient yard operations. The responsibilities of the yard helper are not limited to those stated in this job description.
Responsibilities:
Set up 50 lbs. stands for placement of new inventory. Collect scrap metal and used parts from the yard, sorting materials and ensuring proper storage. Dismount tires and recondition batteries as needed. Maintain organization of carts, wheelbarrows, engine hoists, and warehouse areas. Clean common areas and restrooms to uphold cleanliness standards. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Pack coolers with water and ice throughout the day to support team hydration.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish is required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Experience operating a forklift is an advantage. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work responsibilities.
