The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks working for our commercial glazing division. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. We offer on the job training to allow for career advancement and additional earning potential. A drug test and background check are required before starting work. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, including curtainwall install, storefront install, glass railing install, and other misc. glazing tasks. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks effectively. Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision. Perform basic measurements and assist in the setup of equipment or materials for projects. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflow and safety practices. Qualifications Previous experience in labor or helper roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
