You'll work closely with a team to load, unload, and set up items, providing top-notch service while gaining valuable experience in driving, customer interaction, and hands-on installation tasks. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver products to customer locations, following designated routes and schedules. Assist with loading and unloading items using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary. Load products onto trucks accurately and securely, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Unload and install products at customer sites, including heavy lifting and moving items into designated spaces. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience. Maintain safety standards during all driving and installation activities, adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and reports accurately for each route completed. Qualifications Prior experience in delivery driving or courier roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling of large or bulky items safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; no CDL required but familiarity with box trucks or similar vehicles is beneficial. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is advantageous; training can be provided if needed. Must pass a drug test and background check Comfortable performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, loading/unloading throughout the day.
