POSITION SUMMARY

The Periodic Laborer performs general labor duties as needed to support facility operations, maintenance, and custodial services. This position is part-time and temporary, working on an on-call or as-needed basis to meet operational requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform general cleaning and custodial work including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting Move, lift, and transport materials, equipment, and supplies Perform basic facility maintenance tasks as directed Assist with trash removal and waste management Follow safety protocols and procedures Maintain work area cleanliness and organization Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner Report equipment damage, hazards, or maintenance needs

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED (preferred) Ability to perform physically demanding work Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Valid driver's license (may be required based on assignment) Ability to pass background screening and drug test Reliable transportation Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Hourly rate to be determined based on experience and local market rates. Benefits eligibility depends on hours worked and employment status.
