In this energetic role, you'll assist experienced drivers in loading, unloading, and delivering goods using box trucks and commercial vehicles. Your positive attitude and strong work ethic will help us maintain top-notch service standards while supporting the logistics process from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your driving skills and gain valuable experience in the transportation industry. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages, heavy lifting, and moving items safely using tools such as pallet jacks and forklifts when certified Support route driving by helping to organize delivery schedules and ensuring timely deliveries to customers Load trucks efficiently, ensuring all items are secured properly for transit Help with route navigation and provide support during delivery stops to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain safety standards during all load & unload activities, adhering to company policies and safety regulations Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and stock organization Experience Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is highly valued Previous delivery driver experience or familiarity with box trucks is preferred Hands-on experience with commercial driving, including manual transmission vehicles, is a plus Knowledge of load & unload procedures, route driving, and heavy lifting techniques is beneficial Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred but not required) Strong physical stamina for moving goods and performing manual labor tasks throughout the day Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) or courier experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
