In this lively and fast-paced role, you will assist our drivers in safely loading, unloading, and delivering goods while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages, ensuring safe handling of goods through heavy lifting and proper techniques Support route driving by helping navigate delivery schedules and directions to ensure timely deliveries Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups Help maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and documentation for each route Support drivers in securing loads properly for safe transportation Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing supplies, and preparing shipments for delivery Requirements Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is preferred but not required Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor safely and efficiently Familiarity with driving a manual transmission vehicle is advantageous Knowledge of load & unload procedures using forklifts or pallet jacks is desirable Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer interaction Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all aspects of the job This energetic role offers an exciting chance to develop your driving skills while making a tangible difference in customers' lives.
