25 per hour to start. I go up from there if quickly. Need someone specifically to sand a wood lanai for re sealing. Steady work after. Regular repairs and renovation work. As an example, we refinish everything in homes in resorts and Kona. Exterior interior, doors, windows, handyman repairs, new bamboo lanai, redo furniture, repair most things in houses, and various other jobs. Nothing is too labor intense. Need a person who wants to work and can work efficiently on their own once we set you up. Wont be working by yourself. Time management and problem solving. We work steady and also have fun take regular breaks. Pay for Good Reliable work. Increase depending on value provided. I know the high cost to live here so try to be conscious. need people are like minded. This is active work though still so must be able to work steady for 8 hrs. Just keep moving. We have real Aloha for each other and we work. Also have fun, take breaks, Pau Hana. Great opportunity to learn trades in an exceptional work environment.
