  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Support daily plant and yard operations with general labor tasks + Assist with equipment, materials handling, and housekeeping activities + Perform basic maintenance and clean-up to maintain a safe, efficient site + Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and safety goals + Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times

  • + Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow instructions + Strong work ethic with reliability and a positive, team-oriented approach + Ability to perform physical tasks in an industrial environment + Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to changing priorities + Effective communication skills and attention to detail
  • Conditions of Employment
  • + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  • Work Environment
  • + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
