Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role This is not a typical labor job. We are building a high-performance team focused on speed, efficiency, and consistency. If you take pride in working hard, moving fast, and being part of a team that gets results every hour — this is for you. This is a production-based outdoor role where your effort directly impacts output and earning potential. What You'll Do Process and restack pallets in a fast-paced yard environment Remove metal and materials efficiently Work as part of a team to hit hourly production targets Maintain pace, focus, and consistency throughout your shift Keep your work area clean and organized Performance Expectations Ability to maintain high output consistently Work with urgency and purpose (this is not a slow-paced job) Contribute to team production goals (units per hour) Show up ready to work every day Requirements Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather Must be dependable and on time Strong work ethic required — this role is physically demanding Team players only Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour shifts availableShift Options:
8:00 AM- 4:00 PM 4:30 PM
