Aerotek is hiring Paint Prep Laborers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Post Falls, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing small parts for painting by cleaning, taping, sanding, and deburring while ensuring all products meet quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Clean parts using acetone or isopropyl alcohol Tape and position parts properly for the painting process Sand, deburr, and handle parts after painting Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards are met Meet daily production targets (approximately 1,500-3,000 parts) Use hand tools safely and follow all safety proceduresRequirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced and repetitive environment Basic computer skills and ability to count accurately Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs Willingness to work with chemicals and wear properPPE Work Environment:
This position is based in a clean, high-tech aerospace manufacturing facility offering strong growth opportunities and a supportive team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out ofPOST FALLS, ID.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
