In this energetic role, you will assist in the successful execution of various project tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Your hands-on involvement will help bring projects to life, supporting skilled tradespeople and project managers in a fast-paced environment. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, develop new skills, and contribute to impactful projects that make a difference in communities. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and setup of job sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Support skilled workers by carrying out basic tasks such as carpet extraction, ceramic and tile floor cleaning, vestibule glass cleaning, restrooms, kitchens sinks and water fountains cleanings Follow safety protocols and proper chemical use diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote efficiency and safety Operate industrial equipment and tools as trained, ensuring proper use and maintenance Document daily activities, report any safety concerns or issues to supervisors promptly Occasional driving of company truck with trailer in tow. Skills Strong willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Basic understanding of janitorial procedures and practices Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing assigned tasks efficiently Prior experience in cleaning or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
