This class differs from that of Laborer (Public Works) by virtue of the fact that an incumbent periodically must operate over
• the-road automotive equipment with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) in excess of 26,000 pounds.

Duties are performed under direct or general supervision depending on the nature of the tasks to be completed. A Laborer II does related work as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Possession of a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with endorsements and without restrictions as appropriate for the type of vehicle operated.
