Job Description

Outside Operations People Link Staffing is looking for the Farmers of the world! Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent grain elevator in the Heyworth area, is seeking an outside operation individual to prepare and maintain for the season ahead. This is a full-time ongoing position offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!
Operations Job Summary:
Pay $18.00 hourly 1st Shift 7am-4pm M-F Overtime and Weekend work will increase with season Assist with ground maintenance by cleaning up the grain bin areas. General housekeeping duties General maintenance, as needed Dumping or unloading trucks by shoveling out corn from truck beds
Operations Qualifications:
No experience needed. General labor experience preferred Adhere to proper production processes Entry level position with High School diploma or GED Why Peoplelink?
