This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals without prior experience to develop valuable skills in a dynamic production environment. As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting the assembly line, handling materials, and assisting with various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, dependable, and ready to contribute to a team focused on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food industry, is currently looking to add multiple operators, material handlers, and general laborers to the team due to new growth!
Shifts Available:
1st shift 5:30am-2:00pm OR 6:00am-2:30pm (16-18/hr depending on experience) 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:30pm OR 2:30pm-11:00am (16.50-18.50 depending on experience) 3rd shift

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Standing on the line majority of the day
  • rotating positions
  • Attention to detail ensuring product meets customer specifications
  • Bring materials to and from machinery
  • Load machines with materials
  • Package product into boxes for final inspection Experience No prior manufacturing or factory experience is required; training will be provided on-site.
Candidates should possess:
Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude for learning mechanical processes Familiarity with assembly line operations is a plus but not mandatory Ability to operate forklifts (training and certification provided) Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team If you are enthusiastic about starting a career in manufacturing and eager to grow your skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply today.
