Cleaning / Laborer

The Make‑Ready Technician ensures rental homes are fully prepared, safe, clean, and move‑in ready for new residents. This role handles repairs, cleaning, inspections, and quality checks to meet company standards and deliver an excellent resident experience.

Duties:

Home Turnovers:

Complete make‑ready tasks after move‑outs, including patching walls, painting, replacing fixtures, and performing minor carpentry or repairs.

Maintenance & Repairs:

Address basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC filter changes, appliance troubleshooting, and general home maintenance.

Cleaning & Presentation:

Ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned

Inspection & Quality Control:

Conduct detailed move‑out and move‑in inspections, document property condition, and identify required repairs.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all work meets safety guidelines, building codes, and company policies.

Inventory & Supplies:

Maintain tools, materials, and supply inventory; report shortages or equipment needs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with property managers

Emergency Support:

Assist with urgent maintenance issues when required.

Qualifications:

Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication and time‑management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
