Position Details:

Full-time, seasonal/ongoing work

Schedule:

Four 10-hour days Work performed primarily outdoors on residential properties

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $17.00-$21.00/hour Performance-based incentives and bonuses for efficiency and timeliness Year-end bonuses based on total hours worked Opportunity for wage growth based on performance and reliability

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Prior painting experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidates Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Why Join Us?
