Driver Helper

Job Summary A Driver Helper supports the route driver in delivering Coca-Cola products to stores, restaurants, and other customer locations. This is a physical, fast-paced, customer-facing role focused on delivery, merchandising, and service. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Assist with deliveries Helpers typically assist with all aspects of delivery and merchandising alongside the driver. Help unload trucks at each stop (cases, pallets, kegs, etc.) Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, or carts to move product into stores Stock and merchandise products Fill shelves, coolers, and displays Rotate product (FIFO - first in, first out) Build displays per Coca-Cola standards Support the driver Navigate routes and help with delivery efficiency Verify orders and quantities delivered Customer service Interact with store managers/employees professionally Address basic service issues or notify driver/management Handle returns & clean-up Pick up empties, shells, pallets, and damaged product Follow safety procedures Lift properly, secure loads, and follow DOT/company safety rules Experience Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients during deliveries. Ability to perform manual tasks involving lifting heavy packages safely and efficiently. High Skills & Qualifications school diploma or GED (preferred) Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work early mornings (often 4-6 AM start) Driver's license (some locations require it) Physical Requirements Lift 40-75 lbs repeatedly Push/pull heavy loads (often 100+ lbs on carts) Constant walking, bending, and climbing in/out of trucks Work in heat, cold, and outdoor conditions

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
