Job Description
Lotfi LLC is a locally owned and operated junk removal and landscaping company serving North Central Massachusetts. We're a new and growing business built on honest work, clear communication, and leaving every job site better than we found it. We're looking for the right person to grow with us from the ground up. About the Role This is a flexible, on-call position — work is scheduled based on job bookings, so hours will vary week to week. This is not a traditional 40-hour-a-week job. That said, as the company grows, so does the opportunity. The right candidate has a real shot at becoming a core part of this team long-term. Responsibilities Assist with junk removal, hauling, and debris cleanup Support landscaping and lawn care jobs as needed Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and professional job site Represent Lotfi LLC professionally with clients Requirements Must have your own reliable vehicle Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team Experience in junk removal, landscaping, or general labor is a plus — but we're willing to train the right person What We Offer $18/hour starting pay Room for advancement as the company grows Flexible scheduling The opportunity to get in early with a growing local business and build a future with it To Apply Send your resume and a brief message about yourself and why you'd be a good fit.
