Driver Helper:

Assist drivers in loading and unloading packages, ensuring items are handled carefully and securely. Support route driving by helping navigate and organize deliveries for efficiency. Help load box trucks and ensure all items are properly secured before departure. Assist with route planning and verification of delivery addresses to ensure accuracy. Help document delivery activities, including signing receipts and updating delivery logs. Participate in safety training sessions and adhere to all safety protocols during daily tasks. Skills Required and Desired for the Driver Helper position: Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with moving heavy items is highly desirable Knowledge of delivery driver responsibilities, including load & unload procedures and route driving. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently, demonstrating physical stamina and strength. Previous experience as a courier or in a role involving manual transportation of goods is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills to support route management and delivery accuracy. A valid driver's license suitable for driver classifications or similar certifications preferred. Ability to work independently while following safety guidelines and company policies.
