Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Helper to join our dynamic moving team. In this energetic role, you will assist with the safe and efficient transportation of goods, providing excellent customer service while supporting the delivery process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where teamwork, safety, and positive interactions are at the forefront. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and professionally. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload household goods using manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Assist the driver with route driving, navigation, and timely deliveries to various locations. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups. Help load and secure goods for transport, ensuring all items are properly packed and balanced for safe delivery. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch for route adjustments or issues. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks regularly throughout the shift. Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols.
