at Hale Trailer in Portland, Maine, United States Job Description Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its Portland, ME branch. We are looking for a full-time Service Laborer with to join our team of trailer professionals. The ideal candidate is someone who is willing to learn, has a strong work ethic and is capable of doing physical work in various conditions. Responsibilities:
+ Assist techs as needed and support them on assigned jobs. + Wash all types of trailers as needed, using power washer and brushes. + Perform tasks in an efficient, timely, accurate, professional, and safe manner in accordance with all Company polices, DOT , OSHA and other governmental standards and regulations. + Unload material as needed in a safe and timely manner. + Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
+ Forklift experience a plus, will provide training. + Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 50lbs. + Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude. + Must have good communication skills. + Must be able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment. + Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies. + Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
