Job Description

Henry H. Smith is a service provider to the marine industry in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Ontario, Canada. We repair, service and sell marine drive systems including propellers, shafts, struts, rudders and related components. Our customers are primarily the marinas along with related marine parts and service providers. Entry level position. Full time 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday -
Friday Requirements:
Shops support and involvement We will train to set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce and repair precision parts used in marine drive systems. May also train to weld, fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machinery, depending on interest and aptitude. Mechanical aptitude Interest in learning shop operations Valid drivers license with clean record Availability for 5 to 6 days per week
Compensation:
Hourly wages commensurate with experience. Health Insurance available.
