General Laborer

Ross Design is currently seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our team on 1st shift. We are hiring for multiple departments with immediate openings. The role involves performing a variety of tasks, including paint preparation, assembly, manual operations, and material handling. We are looking for at least five qualified employees per department. On-the-job training will be provided for specialized tasks and machinery.

Responsibilities:

Paint preparation and painting tasks Assembly of components Manual drill operation and hand grinding Material handling Perform specialized skilled work (training provided on-site)
