Detroit Plant Position Summary:

PVS Technologies is seeking a part-time laborer to support general site upkeep and maintenance activities at our Detroit plant. This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. The position is not expected to be full-time and hours may vary based on plant needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform general site maintenance including cleaning, organizing, and upkeep of plant areas Assist with painting projects throughout the facility Support yard maintenance activities such as debris removal and general outdoor upkeep Perform minor repairs, including fence repair and basic facility improvements Assist maintenance team with miscellaneous tasks as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Work Environment:

Work will be primarily hands-on and may involve both indoor and outdoor tasks Outdoor work is expected and may occur in varying weather conditions Work may involve physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physical, hands-on work Willingness to work outdoors as needed Basic familiarity with hand tools preferred Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work independently
