Job Description

Description The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here. Job Summary The Irrigation Laborer provides various maintenance activities to the assigned site.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pre-fabricates sub-assemblies based on samples provided by the foreman Assist in trenching and digging operators as needed Cut and glue lateral line pipe; fit, cut, and assemble drip tubing and fittings Perform hand backfilling
Education and Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience working with commercial irrigation systems Ability to work and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Ability to load/unload trailer (up to 50 lbs.) Ability to bend, stoop, and twist continuously throughout the day
Work Environment:
Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic Work near or about natural bodies of water Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required) Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.
