Job Description
Working as a team to accomplish daily maintenance inside a plant, with occasional travel within an hour for duties at another location. Regular schedule of Monday-Thursday 10 hours a day with occasional OT over the weekends or longer days, must be flexible as occasionally over night work is required. $22 an hour starting, after 90 days $1 raise to max pay and health insurance, vision and dental as well as life and short term disability insurance provided at no cost to you. Assist with the repair and maintenance of railroad tracks and related infrastructure. Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, skidsteers and track maintenance machines. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities. Valid driver's license; CDL certification is advantageous but not mandatory initially. Join us in building a safer and more reliable rail network!
